Project objectives and results will be evaluated constantly both during and after the completion of the project. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation concerning the impact of the planned educational and other activities will be applied.
The tools that will be used are:
- Written theme reports by each partner-organization.
- Oral interviews with the partners/participants (teachers, students), which will be monitored and analyzed (qualitative evaluation).
- Questionnaires filled in by all participants (quantitative evaluation), regarding their needs, interests and the expected/achieved outcomes of the project activities.
The outcomes of these evaluation procedures will be shared between all partners, in order to have feedback about projects’ objectives, processes and each activity's impact.
Specifically:
- Collection of information, exchange of knowledge and transfer of experiences will be evaluated through theme reports that will be submitted by all partners.
- Identification and testing of teaching techniques will be evaluated on the basis of previously conducted project reports.
- Promotion of healthy lifestyles and student feeling of achievement will be evaluated through questionnaires and personal semistructured interviews with the participating students.
- Depending on the situation, the documentation of the current state of affairs in each country and school separately will be evaluated by means of country reports, personal semi-structured interviews, and teacher questionnaires.
- Personal attitudes as to the strengthening of the school staff's professional profile and the promotion of young students’ professional prospects will be evaluated thought questionnaires.
- The evaluation of activities aiming to inform parents and local community services about ESL will be based on the number of participants in the events to be organized within the framework of the project.
- Cross-country cooperation will be evaluated through questionnaires to be submitted by the participating members of staff and students from each partner organization.
